Prices

All product prices are shown either in EUR or DKK and includes all taxes. Note that product price does not include delivery charges (please see Delivery, Shipment Cost & Dispatch).

Please be aware that there is a minimum amount for every order on the site. The minimum amount per order vary depending on where you live:

  • Denmark: Minimum 300 DKK
  • All other countries shipped to: Minimum 100 EUR

Lendemainorganic.com reserves the right to adjust its prices at any given time and without prior notice, for instance in sale periods. The price of your purchased items will be invoiced according to the price at the time your order is completed. This means that there cannot be an increase in the price of your item(s) once the order is validated.

Lendemain Organic reserves the right to remove and/or modify items on its website at any time. 


Ordering

How to Place an Order

You can place your order online on lendemainorganic.com at any time during the day. In case you encounter any problems please contact us per mail: contact@lendemainorganic.com, or on Facebook. We will strive to get back to you within 24 hours, besides during  weekends.

NB: We reserve the right to refuse/cancel orders from a customer with whom there exists a dispute in relation to payment of previous orders or in case there is reasonable suspicion of fraud.

In order to purchase on lendemainorganic.com follow this guide:

  • Select item(s), add them to your shopping, and proceed to shopping cart
  • Enter personal information
  • Choose way of payment and confirm conditions of sale
  • Control all information on the recap page and confirm your purchase

Order Conditions

All orders imply acceptance of the existing price and product descriptions at the specific time of the sale. We commit to deliver the purchased item(s) as long as it is in stock, either in our own warehouse or from our collaborating designers and brands. If the ordered item(s) are no longer available, Lendemain Organic will advise the customer as quick as possible. In this case, the order will be cancelled and the corresponding payment will be refunded as soon as possible though maximum within 20 days.

The customer will receive an order confirmation when the payment is validated through card or PayPal payment. Please read below payment section.

Backorder

“In backorder” identify that we do not currently have this item in stock, but normally can ship it straight from the manufacture within a week. Don’t be afraid to order in backorder. If it happens that a backorder item cannot be send, we will take contact to you directly in order to hear if you wish to procede with the rest of your order. Therefore please note that a back order purchase is not confirmed until you recieve a completion e-mail from our site.

Please note that backorder items can take a bit longer to arrive (expect 7 days), and that we in some cases will split up the order if an order contain items in stock and backorder items. Therefore, if ordering in backorder please let us know where we can place a package in the case that a backorder item will be shipped to your private address (opposed to a GLS package shop).

You do have one free exchange on backorder items within Denmark. In the case of refund on backorders please note that you can choose to 1) ship it back to the producer on own cost and risk, or 2) ship it to Lendemain Organic in Haslev. Against a fee on 80 DKK we offer to ship the returned item back to the producer. We will only charge this fee in case of a refund you wish us to proceede. However you can always choose a free exchange within 20 days of your purchase.

NB: A minor credit card charge of 1,45 % of the item price will be added for card payments. When you have placed your online order, your card will first be authorised. Payment will be accomplished when the order from our warehouse and/or from a collaborating designer or brand. You will be notified immediately on the screen in case your card is not authorised.

Security of Card Payment through PensoPay

Payment through PensoPay is done through a secure and encrypted SSL-connection (Secure Socket Layer). This means that your card information cannot be read by a third party. When purchasing products on our webshop, all credit/debit cardholders will be subject to validation and authorisation in order to maintain security and prevent fraud.

MobilePay to Anna Kierkegaard on +45 53 55 51 88. This is a Danish application and does therefore only apply to Danish customers.

Through Paypal it is possible to pay either with card directly, or from your own paypal account. Please note that you do not need a paypal account in order to pay with paypal.

Paypal transactions will be transfered immediately at the time of order. When PayPal is used as payment method, the address on the order must be identical to the address in the PayPal account used for payment. This is a security requirement from PayPal.

Our delivery partner is GLS. In Denmark you can choose between:

  • Denmark GLS Parcel Shops: 25 DKK
  • Denmark Home Delivery: 89 DKK
  • Free Shipping* for purchases over 1500 DKK

*Free shipped items wil be delivered to a parcel shop near you.

GLS will deliver to a Parcel Shop within close proximity of your postcode. If you want to select a specific Parcel Shop in Denmark, please inform us in the additional information box when you enter your personal information. Please be aware that items in some situations will be send directly from our collaborators. If your chosen delivery option is not available, you will be contacted by mail.

OBS: In case of home delivery, please let us know where GLS can leave your package if you are not home.

Shipping to Norway, Sweden, Belgium, Netherland and Germany: 150 DKK (Around 20 €).

We offer 20 days of return. In order to return your item please notify us by email and send to our return address (in Paris, France or Haslev, Denmark see above) at own cost and risk. We will refund you once we receive your package.

** Norwegean costumers will have to pay customs.

Shipping to France, United Kingdom and Switzerland: 225 DKK (Around 30 €).

We offer 20 days of return. In order to return your item please notify us by email and send to our return address (in Paris, France or Haslev, Denmark see above) at own cost and risk. We will refund you once we receive your package.

We do not ship outside Europe. If you are in a European country not listed above please feel free to write us an e-mail and we will see if it is possible to make a shipment.

Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 working days.

Shipping is estimated to take approximately 2 working days.

Dispatch from Collaborators – “In backorder”

In some situations, your order will be delivered directly from the producer or designer, if we do not have your item in stock. Hence, if you order several items, they might be shipped separately and we therefore need to reserve the right for longer delivery time. If your order is shipped separately and/or the delivery time takes longer than 5 days, we will notify you by e-mail or phone. You will equally receive a tracking ID and a link to the shipping company used by our collaborators.


Warranty Claims, Exchange & Refund

Warranty Claims

All products sold on www.Lendemainorganic.com are subject to 2 years’ warranty. This warranty covers production faults only and not wear and tear from regular use.

Exchange & Returns

Exchange & Returns

Free exchange within 20 days. If you wish to exchange, please write us an e-mail to contact@lendemainorganic. You will receive an e-mail containing your free shipping label that you can print and apply on the package. Your exchange order will be dispatched within 1-3 days after we have received the returned item to our stock. Please be aware that you can only exchange the item to another size, color or item at same price, or to a voucher for Lendemain Organic.

Please note that we only provide one free exchange, for multiple exchanges shipping costs are paid by the costumer.

Returns: You are welcome to return any item within 14 days. Please notify us per e-mail if you wish to return an item. Returns are at own cost and risk. We will refund your payment upon receipt and verification of the item(s) without undue delay and in any event no longer than 20 days after we have received your returned items. Your refund will happen via the payment method used to place the order. Please feel free to send us the tracking number of your return package in order to avoid losses.

For partial returns we will subtract part of the original true shipping costs based on price. Inside Denmark this range between 0-89 DKK. However, you can also choose to recieve full amount on a voucher to Lendemain Organic.

Returns of orders in backorder: In the case of a purchase which is not in stock where the webpage has notified “In Backorder” when placing your order: You are welcome to ship straight to our collaborators in case of return. Return guide will be send by e-mail. Return is at own cost and risk. However it can be rather expensive to ship to our collaborators, which is why we offer to send it from our stock in Haslev. If you choose to return through our stock please be aware that we have a service / shipping charge on 70 DKK. This is only in case of returns, you will always have one free exchange also on backorder items.

For returns as well as exchange: the items shall be in perfect condition. This means that the products are unused and to be returned in original condition within the intact original packaging. The return / exchange will not be accepted if the item has visibly been used or damaged. For hygienic reasons we do not accept return or exchange on underwear, socks or tights.

Other Important Stuff

Force Majeure

Under special circumstances, delivery may be delayed or worst case fail in the event of force majeure incidents. These incidents are beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

War, strikes, labor disputes, embargoes, fire, earthquakes, serious interruptions in the supply of goods delivered by third parties, including water and electricity.

Governing Law

The sales conditions related to purchases on Lendemainorganic.com are subject to Danish law.

Intellectual Property Rights

Marks, product names, logos, models and designs (referred to below as the ‘IP Rights’) that are depicted on or affixed to the products or otherwise related to the products are the property of Lendemain Organic and suppliers to Lendemain Organic. Hence you must acknowledges our proprietary rights in respect of the IP rights and refrain from using the IP rights in any way, and refrain from any conduct that could harm or otherwise negatively affect the IP Rights.

In case of a dispute between a costumer and a company inside of the EU, the costumer can file a request for mediation through the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.
